June 2007 Art news from the Indian modern and contemporary art market, particularly in Europe and France, gathered by Hervé Perdriolle, Artcurial Indian art consultant.
Hervé Perdriolle is art director, curator and essayist. Cofoundator of the Artistes revue and of the Art Modeste, he is the promoter of the French artistic movement Figuration Libre. He organises the first show in France, for example, of Jean-Michel Basquiat and Ravinder Reddy. From September 1996 to May 1999, Hervé Perdriolle has settled in India.
Hervé Perdriolle est directeur artistique, commissaire d'exposition et essayiste. Cofondateur de la revue Artistes et de l'Art Modeste, il est le promoteur du mouvement artistique français Figuration Libre. Il coorganise, entre autres, les premières expositions en France de Jean-Michel Basquiat et de Ravinder Reddy. De septembre 1996 à mai 1999, Hervé Perdriolle a vécu en Inde.
